剧情介绍
彭宝林——1987年退伍，后任惠阳县工商银行经济警察，1991年主动要求调入惠阳县老街派出所任民警。彭宝林在工作中时时处处严于律己，爱护群众。1993年5月14日，在执行任务中，彭宝林突遇藏匿的通缉犯香港黑社会头目区耀煌。悍匪胁迫人质，持枪拒捕，彭宝林不顾自己身负重伤，与顽匪展开激战，并将悍匪击毙。而彭宝林最终因抢救无效，壮烈殉职，他以自己的青春热血为当代人民警察树立了光辉的榜样。中华人民共和国公安部追授彭宝林全国一级英雄模范称号。 展开全部
