目前，剧情细节尚未公布，不过丹尼尔·卡卢亚预计将继续配音。朋克蜘蛛侠本名霍比·布朗，来自漫威多元宇宙中的Earth-138平行世界。他是反主流文化的叛逆英雄，打破传统蜘蛛侠的“邻家英雄”形象，强调自由与反抗权威。霍比擅长机械改造，曾自主升级战衣与武器系统，改装电吉他是他的标志性武器，兼具声波攻击与物理打击功能。
